A golf course might be added to the Phase I development by negotiating with the Government of the Bahamas for adjoining crown land parcel (#5 GGVB-Golf Club).

A small boat marina might be added in the Phase II development by negotiating with the Government of the Bahamas for a North shore crown land parcel (#6 GGPB-MARINA).

A hotel/casino and overwater villas might be added in the Phase II development buy negotiating with the Government of the Bahamas for a North shore crown land parcel (#7 GGVB-NORTH SHORE PRINCESS).

This next plan layout demonstrates the possibility for a large, ambitious development for a complete Garden Gateways Villages of the Bahamas community by negotiating for additional crown land including a 3,500 acre parcel that had previously been leased by the Government of the Bahamas for a movie studio. This land may or may not still be available (#8 – ALL PHASES).
